08.24.12 - Wisconsin St. Oceanside

Paddled out at 7:15am, solo. Tide was dropping to a x low at 8:10a. Conditions were slightly choppy, with sideshore winds. Oceanside Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 2.4' at 4s from 265°. Conditions were pretty cruddy with most waves closing out, only a few corners to be had.
