Paddled out at 7:15 am, Russ Mori. Tide was pushing to a 6.4’ high at 9:28. Conditions were clean, with light off shore winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 6.5' from 273° at 14.7s. Decent session. Not epic, but did get a few decent ones. Waves were head high. Water was comfortable in my 3/2 full. Board ridden: 5’11” Xanadu Pig 2.

12.12.15 - Swami's

Paddled out at 10:15 am, Tom Gros. Tide was coming off of a 6.6’ high at 8:53. Conditions were relatively clean, with light off shore winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 10.1’ at 16.2 s. It was a pretty challenging session, with a decent amount of water moving around. Caught a few decent corners on the south inside peak. Waves were 7-10'. Water was warm in my 3/2 full. Board ridden: 5/10” Third World Exotic twinzer fish.

Paddled out at 4:45 pm, solo. Tide was pushing from a -0.7’ low at 3:11 pm. Conditions were a little choppy, with slight onshore winds winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 5.1' from 243° at 14.7s. somewhat decent session, with a few fun ones. Waves were chest high with a few pluses. Water was warm in my short john. Board ridden: 5’10” Third World Exotic twinzer fish.

Paddled out at 4:40 PM, solo. Tide was pushing to a 4.13’ high at 9:13 pm. Conditions were clean, with no winds winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.8' from 208° at 17.4s. Pretty fun session, not quite as good as yesterday but still had a couple of gems. Waves were chest high plus. Water was warm in my trunks and long sleeve jacket. Board ridden: 5’10” Third World Exotic twinzer fish.

10.10.15 - Swami's

Paddled out at 5:45 PM, solo. Tide was pushing to a 5.0' high at 8:41 PM. Conditions were clean, with slight north winds winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 4.3' from 219° at 14.8s. Some what inconsistent, and only caught a handful of waves before dark. However the last few I caught - oh my!. Waves were head high with occasional pluses. Water was comfortable in my trunks and long sleeve jacket. Board ridden: 5’10” Third Wold Exotic twinzer fish.

Paddled out at 6:15 am, solo. Tide was pushing to a 5.4’ high at 8:12 am. Conditions were clean, with light offshore winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.7' from 198° at 16.1s. Pretty decent session, with some corners to be had. A lot of wave were closing out though. Waves were Head high with occasional pluses. Water was comfy in my trunks and long sleeve jacket. Board ridden: 5’10” Third World Exotic twinzer fish.

07.30.15 - Blacks #2

Paddled out at 4:45 PM, with Russ M. Tide was pushing to a 7.1’ high at 9:07 PM. Conditions were a little choppy, with 4-6 knot onshore winds winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.6' from 213° at 15.8s. Second session on my bday. No where near as clean as it was in the morning, and a little more closed out. However there were still some fun ones to catch. Glad I made the trek. Waves were chest high with some pluses. Water was comfortable in my long sleeve surf shirt. Board ridden: 5’11” Xanadu Pig 2.

Paddled out at 6:05 am, solo. Tide was pushing from a -1.0’ low at 3:24 am. Conditions were clean, with no winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.6' from 213° at 15.8s. Nice session today. Happy to be back at blacks! It was a little closed out, but some nice corners, and occasional canyon sets. Overall a great birthday session. Waves were head high with the occasional plus. Water was really comfortable in my spring suit. Board ridden: 5’11” Xanadu Pig 2.
