Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 2.7' from 202° at 14 s. Surf was smaller today, but still some occasional fun ones. Waves were waist high +. Paddled out at 6:10 am, solo. Tide was pushing to a 4.1' high at 6:55 am. Conditions were clean, with offshore winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.2' from 279° at 8s. Waves were pretty fun today, but the tide was making it a little funky.. Waves were chest high +. Water was warm in my short sleeve full. Board ridden: 6'0" MR Twin.

9.24.13 - Blacks

Paddled out at 6:10, with Joel S. and Chris M.. Tide was a 2.5' low at 6:10 am. Conditions were clean, with no winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 2.9' from 273° at 6s. It was a pretty fun session. Waves had dropped from Sunday, but was much more organized.. Waves were waist to chest high. Water was warm in my short sleeve full. Board ridden: 6'0" MR Twin.

9.22.13 - Blacks

Paddled out at 6:45, with Joel S.. Tide was pushing from a 1.4' low at 5:06 am. Conditions were bumpy, with little winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 4.8' from 288° at 5s. Big and bumpy wind swell. Most waves were just a drop before it backed off a little, or closed out. Waves were Definitely some overhead sets rolling through. Water was warm in my sort sleeve full. Board ridden: 6'0" MR Twin.

9.21.13 - Blacks

Paddled out at 6:10, solo. Tide was pushing from a 0.8' low at 4:34 am. Conditions were clean, with no winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 2.1' from 266° at 5s. Pretty small session today. Very rare sets. A lot of sea weed on the inside. I ended up stashing my leash on the beach due to this. Waves were small to waist high. Water was comfortable in my short sleeve full. Board ridden: 6'0" MR Twin.

Paddled out at 6:10 am, Joel S. and Chris M.. Tide was coming off of a 0.0' low at 3:28 AM. Conditions were clean, with no winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.2' from 283° at 9s. Pretty fun session today. A few long rides, and a couple barrel opportunities that I missed. Waves were Chest high. Water was toasty in my short sleeve full. Board ridden: 6'0" MR Twin.

Paddled out at 6:00 AM, solo. Tide was dropping to a 2.9' low at 8:12 am. Conditions were clean, with no winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 2.2' from 213° at 15s. The session was okay, the new swell was starting to show, but not enough to warrant the crowd that was there. Waves were Waist high, with very rare plusses. Water was comfortable in my short sleeve full. Board ridden: 6'0" MR Twin.

Small day, but excellent dolphin show. Waves were knee to waist high. Water was a little chilly in my short sleeve full. Board ridden: 6'0" MR Twin.

Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.5' from 273° at 5s. Surf was peaky but relatively fun today. Missed a few barrel opportunities, and got slammed by one wave..
