3.21.13 - Blacks

Paddled out at 6:35 am, with Chris M. Tide was coming off of a 4.4' high at 5:43 am. Conditions were groomed, with slight SSE winds winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.4' from 272° at 7s. From the beach it looked pretty mediocre, but the waves were much better than they looked. Waves were waist high+. Water was chilly, had dropped a degree or two. Board ridden: 5'11" Xanadu Pig 2.
