3.19.13 - Blacks

Paddled out at 6:30 am, with Chris M. Tide was dropping to a 1.1' low at 11:06 am. Conditions were clean, with no winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 2.8' from 285° at 7s. Surf had dropped from Sunday. There were some fun ones coming through. It ended up being better than it had looked when I was walking up the beach. Waves were waist to chest high. Water was a tad colder than Sunday. Wore booties, hood, and 4/3. Board ridden: 5'11" Xanadu Pig 2.
