Paddled out at 11:00 am, solo. Tide was dropping to a 0.16’ low at 11:22 am. Conditions were clean, with slight onshore breeze winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 4.2' from 265° at 11.3s. Okay session, a little soft and inconsistent but still glad I paddled out. Waves were chest high +.
