Paddled out at 3:30 pm, with Chris M. Tide was coming off of a -0.7’ low at 1:48 pm. Conditions were slightly choppy, with onshore winds. Torrey Pines Outer Buoy was reporting Significant Wave Height of 3.2' from 263° at 14.6s. It was a pretty funky afternoon session, with shifting peaks and a lot of rip currents.
